Visit Planner Specifications

    Summary: The Visit Planner is a customizable, printable report that is part of the Registry module. It contains information about individual patients that are relevant for their assessment during a clinic visit by attending physicians and medical students. The information contained in it includes general vital information that are standard to all clinic patients, as well as disease-specific information that the patient may have (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension, etc.). The form will be customizable to show or hide these specific informations when it is printed.
